Holiday Closures
Gloria Ainsworth Child Care & Learning Center will be closed on the following holidays to ensure our staff have dedicated time to spend with their families:

Observed Holiday Policy:
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday.
If a holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.

Important notes

Tuition Requirement:
Weekly tuition must be paid in full, regardless of holidays, closures, or the child’s attendance. -
Vacation Allowance*:
Each child receives two (2) weeks of vacation per year. During these approved vacation weeks, tuition will be waived or billed according to center policy (Applies to Private Pay*) -
Attendance Cut-Off Time:
Children must be signed in by 10:00 AM to attend for the day. Late arrivals after 10:00 AM will not be accepted. **Unless there is a signed note from Medical profession with Appointment time and date of service** -
Late Pick-Up Policy (After 6:00 PM):
A late fee of $1 per minute will be applied for any child picked up after 6:00 PM. The late fee will be added to the account balance and must be paid promptly.
